[BUG] [Fixed] First bug
The first bug in Barebones CMS 1.0 was found by someone I've worked with before. Details of the bug:

If the same username is used for the Developer and Web Designer accounts during installation, an error occurs indicating the Developer account is incorrect. This is misleading as the line right before says it was correctly set up.

Cause: Copy and pasted the error message for the Developer account to the Designer account setup.

Fixed for 1.1.
