More new features for Admin Pack
Both default layouts (regular and mobile) now have a print stylesheet. It isn't meant to look pretty, just be reasonably functional.

Also, a minor bug fix (an accidental regression) and a new minor feature for groups of checkboxes in a table to make them more visually appealing.
