WebCron - 'cron' for web hosts that don't offer it :)
I just finished the documentation for this brand new product and also released WebCron 1.0 RC4 (release candidate 4).

http://barebonescms.com/documentation/webcron/

I'm looking to find some guinea pigs who want to run beta software that I cranked out in about 1 1/2 months of spare time.

From the documentation:

"WebCron is designed for programmers who need PHP code to run on a schedule on a web host. In essence, WebCron is 'cron' for websites that do not support cron nor provide shell accounts. However, this product is much more than just cron...."

WebCron provides a rather unique framework for scheduling maintenance tasks on a web server.

Feedback also appreciated.
